 ABOUT LAURENT

The real journey is not on the outside, it’s on the inside yourself.

I was born in the south of France, a French-Catalan boy. I moved to Australia and lived there during 15 years to realise my dream. Now back in Europe.

I started work in a corporate advisory firm, putting in crazy hours, experiencing a lot of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Eventually, I transitioned to a life of entrepreneurship, getting involved in a lot of ventures in different industries and adding more stress to my life.

This led to my discovery of yoga. I started with yoga over 10 years ago around the same time I became a full-time entrepreneur. The entrepreneur's life is a roller coaster with a lot of challenges and lessons.

Laurent’s discovery of meditation and mindfulness was one of his greatest learning experiences, changing his life for the better.

What is Burnout?

Each of us possesses thresholds. When the strains of daily life surpass our coping abilities, it leads to stress. If this stress persists incessantly, it transforms into chronic stress. When months of unceasing chronic stress erode our coping reservoirs, resulting in emotional and physical depletion, it manifests as burnout.

Burnout, a grave medical condition, can induce depression, cardiovascular ailments, gastrointestinal problems, and other severe health issues. It embodies a comprehensive mind-body shutdown characterized by emotional and physical exhaustion, a pessimistic outlook, and reduced performance due to overwhelming fatigue.

Can Meditation Improve My Well-being?
